How much blood does it take to power a white LED?
How much blood does it take to power a white LED? And what strength I need 3.0 VDC to convert this amount? Thanks
Most LEDs have a voltage drop between 3.2 volts. Whites are generally higher, around of 3.5 volts. Since LED should be guided by a resistance of at least 2 volts across it (preferably about 4 volts) required at least 6 volts to operate a white LED. The resistance is determined by the voltage specifications on the LEDs, the battery voltage and current. So with a 3.5-V LED, a battery 6 volts and a current of 20 mA, R = (6-3,5) / 0.02 = 125 ohms PS, you can not use a 3-volt battery, in this case, resistance can not be increased tension.
